Hey, I’m Kyah!
I’m a family taught braider. I was taught by my mom and guided by my sister.
Growing up I saw my mom braid friends and family all while working a 9-5 and I got to see my sister do the same and actually pursue it as a career.
Needless to say I was fascinated with hair at a very young age. I was the kid who was always doing my friends hair, so naturally I was captivated by the beauty industry.
I’m currently a Sacramento Braider here at SoulFull Roots Studio and I’m looking forward to offering so much more!

Booking requires a non-refundable $50 deposit which applies to service product, supplies and Braiding Hair. The cost difference is applied to the overall total of the service cost.
Guests must arrive washed and blow-dried [option to book a protective style Prep prior to braiding service here].
If you have recently taken down braids, extensions, or any long-term protective style, please ensure that all dirt, braid sediment, product buildup, grease, gel, or glue is thoroughly removed from your hair or a detangling fee will be added on.

All Services are hourly based, prices vary per guest length and density. Kids rates (ages 8-12) are $40/hr otherwise the rate is $50/hr.
