How do I get in Contact?

How do I Cancel my Appointment?
Life happens, completely understandable and your health (mental, physical and spiritual) is of the utmost importance!
Please cancel in 48 hours by using the link in your confirmation or reminder text or emails ONLY. Please know your appointment is uninterruptedly yours, and without proper notice, we cannot fill the time slot we reserved for you.
If you must cancel within the 48-hour window of your appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation fee charged via the card on file or before booking your next appointment.
Your credit card is required to book an appointment. The card is kept in a secure online system and only charged by the cancellation policy.
I’m Running Late how do I reach out?
If you are late to your appointment, please notify via text, the number will be sent to you in a confirmation email and or text upon booking as well as in the reminder notification prior to your appointment date.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, a no-show fee will be applied, and the session will be canceled as courtesy to other guests.
If you fail to cancel and do not attend your scheduled session, you will be subjected to a $100 no-show fee before booking your next session. Or, you may no longer be welcome as a guest.
Will I be on Camera or Video?
At times during our sessions, photos and videos will be taken during the session. We will use these images on our website, promotional items, and social media platforms. A copy can be sent to you after editing as well.
Please prepare accordingly!
How should I Consider Others?
Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. We have the right to refuse service to anyone being Disruptive, Intoxicated, Discriminatory, Derogatory, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Do you have WiFi?
We have Complimentary drinks and snacks and your choice of music or TV during your our time together. We offer free WiFi and phone chargers!
