Here’s what to know:

• Need to reschedule or cancel? Please do so at least 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email or text.

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will result in a cancellation fee charged to your card on file.

• Less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service in order to ensure compensation for the time reserved for the appointment, and will require pre-payment for future bookings.

Please note: Appointments are not managed via text or social media— all changes go through the booking system —where changes can be made through your confirmation email.

In the rare occasion we ever need to make any untimely changes to your appointment (i.e in case of an emergency on our end) you will receive a discount on your service for the inconvenience.

To reserve your appointment, a card on file is required. This helps keep scheduling smooth and ensures we’re both committed to your time slot.

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your final service total.

  • If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit can be transferred to a future appointment within the same month.

  • For late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows, the deposit will be forfeited.

This policy protects the time and energy we prepare just for you — and gives me the space to show up fully for each guest.

SoulFull Roots is a cozy space for restoration and care — To keep that energy protected:

• We ask for no extra guests or children unless they are also booked for services ( children ages 8 and up can be serviced ).

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or discriminatory behavior is not welcome.

During your appointment, I may take photos or videos for education and marketing — always with love and intention. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let us know.

You’ll have access to complimentary snacks, drinks, and phone chargers — because when you’re here, it’s your time to receive.
